How long: for the duration of the contract, then until the accounting obligations expire and until the limitation period for claims has passed.
If you do not provide the data: you will not be able to place an order.
2. Creating an account in the Shop
Purpose: performance of the account service contract.
Basis: contract for the provision of services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long: for the duration of the contract and until the limitation period for claims has passed.
If you do not provide the data: you will not be able to create an account or use its features.
3. Contacting us
Purpose: handling your enquiries.
Basis: a contract or steps taken at your request to conclude one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); our legitimate interest in communicating with you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long: for the duration of the contract or until the limitation period for claims has passed, or until your objection is upheld.

Purpose: analysing how you use the Shop website in order to improve its functionality — if you allow such activities.
